Bertrand Arthur William Russell, 3rd Earl Russell, OM, FRS was a British philosopher, logician, mathematician, historian, writer, social critic, political activist and Nobel laureate. At various points in his life, Russell considered himself a liberal, a socialist and a pacifist, but he also admitted that he had “never been any of these things, in any profound sense”. Russell was born in Monmouth shire into one of the most prominent aristocratic families in the United Kingdom.

Young children are always remained a focal point for the parents. Due to growth in technology it always remained a challenge for the parents to have best education especially in early childhood days which are very important in life and have impact throughout the life.

There must be in the world many parents who, like the present author, have young children whom they are anxious to educate as well as possible, but reluctant to expose to the evils of most existing educational institutions. . The education we desire for our children must depend upon our ideals of human character, and our hopes as to the part they are to play in the community. Uniform education system is not meaningful for all as some boys and girls are so sharp that they can easily pickup higher level educational system or can be easily taught by higher level teachers but, this is not the case for all.
